The idea of the solution is the development of the concept to form a brand new communicative action-informative structure that would pierce seoul-city like a spline skillet materializing in the most socially important cultural and historical points within the city.

the project areas of the newest urban environment present fully functional centers of a single information system, which allow citizens and guests of the city to easily adapt to its structure, actualizing certain parts of it as the most interesting for one single person or a society.

so, our concept of a single communicative structure is alternative to a common usage scheme of info-boxes different in their stylistics and functionally limited, which leads to disorientation in a megalopolis.

the structure offered doesn’t have a fixed trajectory but can be functionally adapted and formally regenerated, which influences the materialization of its areas in the city.

each center program developed in compliance with the analysis of socially cultural problems of seoul-city, implies the following functions: informational (development of info-centers which would help simplify orientation in the city), cultural (to help people of different age unite in a single communicative area), public transport facilities (parking of bikes, helping make transportation within the city easier).
